Chief Outreach Officer (Senior Officer)
BluShues Inc. is a nonprofit organization and ministry dedicated to distributing free Bibles and fostering a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make the Word of God accessible to everyone, both locally and internationally. We believe in the transformative power of volunteers who share our passion for spreading the message of hope and faith.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for all outreach and engagement initiatives across BluShues.
- Develop national and international outreach strategies that support the organization's mission and growth objectives.
- Supervise outreach teams, Regional Coordinators, and outreach leaders.
- Establish and strengthen partnerships with churches, schools, ministries, NGOs, and community organizations.
- Oversee Bible distribution outreach programmes and community engagement initiatives.
- Monitor outreach performance, impact, and programme effectiveness.
- Prepare strategic outreach reports and recommendations for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with communications, fundraising, volunteer coordination, and international teams.
- Identify opportunities to expand BluShues' ministry presence into new communities and regions.
- Ensure outreach activities reflect BluShues' mission, values, and Christian principles.

- Passionate about evangelism, community engagement, and Christian ministry.
- Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Able to inspire and lead diverse volunteer teams.
- Analytical with excellent decision-making skills.
- Professional, adaptable, and collaborative.
- Demonstrates integrity, humility, and servant leadership.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree/College Diploma in Ministry, Public Administration, Community Development, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Previous leadership experience in outreach or ministry programmes is preferred.
- Excellent partnership development and networking skills.
- Strong project management and reporting abilities.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Experience managing volunteers is an advantage.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
