    Description

    ROLDA is seeking a Public Relations expert to join our team and assist with communications, media relations, and community support. This position will play a vital role in enhancing ROLDA’s public image and advancing key initiatives related to animal welfare.

    Your Role:

    • Media Relations: Act as the primary contact for corporates, organisations, and media outlets, ensuring that ROLDA’s message is conveyed effectively.
    • Strategic Communication: Develop and execute communications strategies to advance key initiatives and enhance ROLDA’s reputation.
    • Storytelling: Shape and share ROLDA’s story to amplify the impact of our work in animal welfare.
    • Public Relations Management: Build and maintain relationships with media and relevant organisations, managing emerging issues related to ROLDA’s projects.
    • Goal Setting & Implementation: Establish short- and long-term goals, policies, and procedures to guide public relations efforts.
    • Surveys & Assessments: Coordinate surveys and assessments internally and externally to evaluate the effectiveness of public relations and marketing activities.
    • Communication Strategy: Develop and ensure alignment of all communications with ROLDA’s strategic goals.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Experience: Proven experience in public affairs, communications, or media relations, ideally with knowledge of the entertainment or corporate sectors.
    • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop creative ideas and share them effectively.

    • Project Management: Experience in managing projects, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
    • Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet project demands.
