    Are you committed to supporting children and families impacted by the child welfare system? Join 3FN’s Visitation Monitor Training Class and become part of the movement to help families reunite.

    What is a Family Time Facilitator?

    A Family Time Facilitator:

    • Observes and monitors parent-child visits for reunification
    • Provides objective observations and note-taking
    • Supports safe, healthy interactions
    • Plays a crucial role in family reunification

    Visits last 2–3 hours. Are you able to commit 9–10 hours per week?

    This Opportunity is For You If:

    • You want to serve as a volunteer supporting family reunification

    What You’ll Learn:

    Training covers:

    • Role and responsibilities of a visitation monitor
    • Coaching techniques for positive parent-child interaction
    • Documentation and observation skills
    • Professional boundaries and ethics
    • Understanding court-ordered visitation

    Note: The training follows the State curriculum but is not officially State-certified.
