Help bridge the digital divide by supporting Spanish-speaking seniors as they learn to use their devices and access essential online resources. Whether it’s video calls, telehealth, or exploring hobbies, you’ll help them feel confident and connected.
No need to be a tech expert-just bring basic digital skills, fluency in Spanish, and a patient, friendly attitude. We’ll give you the training and tools to succeed.
Location: Various sites in San Francisco (listed below)
Commitment: Weekly 1-2 hour shift, Monday-Friday between 9 AM-4 PM (some Saturday options available)
What You’ll Do:
- Help seniors use their devices to access telehealth, news, transportation, and more
- Support them in using communication tools to stay connected with loved ones
- Encourage them to explore hobbies and lifelong learning online
What You’ll Need:
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and/or written)
- Comfort with iOS, Android, MacOS, and Windows basics
- Patience, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping older adults
- Ability to commit to a 1-2 hour weekly shift for up to 12 weeks
