Fundraising Mail Outreach Volunteer

Aging Care Connections provides programs and services to older adults in the Chicagoland area across 38 communities.

The Fundraising Mail Outreach volunteer will be responsible for:

• Finding client info (mailing addresses) from our internal database and inputting this information on a Microsoft Excel sheet.
• Creating address labels based on the addresses listed in the Excel sheet.
• Stuffing envelopes with letters and giving sealing envelopes to the Office Manager.
• Thanking donors who donated recently in personalized Acknowledgement Letters.

The time commitment for this role is 6-8 hours per week, depending on your availability. Volunteers are able to start their shift anytime from 8:30AM to 1:30PM.

The available days for this role are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. There is a possibility of transitioning to Wednesday and/or Friday after training is provided. Training is light and there will be a written guide as a "cheat sheet" to assist throughout the process.

Adequate training and instructions will be provided upon starting. This role works closely with the Marketing and Grant team, who will be in the office alongside you if you have any questions during your time here!
