    Description

    We are looking for a compassionate and organized Volunteer Administrative Support person to assist with core administrative functions. You will help ensure that our programs, communications, and operations run smoothly, allowing our team to focus on providing high-quality care and connection to the community.

    Responsibilities

      • Data entry, file organization, and routine clerical tasks
      • Drafting, formatting, and proofreading documents and correspondence
      • Maintaining email inboxes and routing inquiries appropriately
      • Scheduling meetings and preparing related materials
      • Supporting donor engagement (thank-you letters, updates)
      • Organizing program registration logs, attendance sheets, and contact databases
      • Assisting with preparation for groups, workshops, and events
      • Supporting special projects as needed
      • Returning calls and scheduling appointments

    Qualifications

    Required:

      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      • Good written and verbal communication
      • Reliable, timely, and able to work independently
      • Familiarity with basic office tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)
      • Ability to uphold confidentiality and trauma-informed practice

    Preferred:

      • Administrative, nonprofit, or human services experience
      • Comfort using CRM systems or databases
      • Interest in community wellness, housing stability, or family support services

    Time Commitment

      • 6–10 hours per week
      • Flexible schedule with remote options
      • Occasional in-person meetings or events may be requested
