    Pick It Up, Vancouver!

    Join SOLVE for a litter cleanup at Esther Short Park as part of our Pick It Up! initiative, a regional cleanup series that brings communities together, city by city. This event is hosted in collaboration with Dandelion Teahouse to help ready our streets for their Pride Block Party. Help us keep this beloved community space clean and welcoming for all.

    The event kicks off at 10 am with check-in, a safety talk, and supply distribution, and wraps up at 12 pm back at Esther Short. All ages welcome. Let’s work together to keep our city looking its best!

    Advanced Registration: Is highly suggested but not required. Please sign up ahead of time to guarantee your spot.

    Meeting Location: We will be meeting in Esther Short Park nearby the clock tower on Columbia St and 6th St.

    What to Bring: Please wear closed-toed shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a backpack for hands-free convenience. Feel free to bring your personal tools if available and a reusable water bottle to support our sustainability efforts.

    What's Provided: Bags, gloves, grabbers, and vests.

    Restrooms: Public restrooms are available in the park.

    Parking: There is street parking available, as well as a public parking lot along 6th St between Washington St and Columbia St.

    Transit: Bus #60 and #105.

    Accessibility: This area is accessible for folks with mobility concerns.

    Translation Services: There will not be a Spanish speaker present at this event.
