Since its founding in 2014, WOCOTM has delivered community-based education, advocacy, prevention, and support programs addressing issues such as substance abuse, maternal and child health, youth development, financial literacy, and community engagement both in the U.S. and internationally. This mission-driven organization seeks a skilled legal professional to serve in a strategic volunteer leadership role on the Board of Directors.
Position Overview
We are seeking a mission-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a Board-appointed officer and member of the Board of Directors.
The CFO provides strategic and fiduciary leadership over all financial functions of the organization and plays a critical governance role in safeguarding financial integrity and sustainability. This role ensures fiscal transparency, regulatory compliance, sound internal controls, and long-term financial health in support of the organization’s mission and growth.
The CFO works closely with executive leadership and fellow board members to guide financial oversight, strategic planning, and risk management.
This is a non-paid, volunteer board leadership position.
