Bridge Breast Network Gala Kickoff Party Volunteer

Join Bridge Breast Network as a volunteer for our A Night to Remember Gala Kickoff Party! Volunteers will play an important role in helping us create a welcoming, organized, and enjoyable experience for our guests while supporting Bridge Breast Network’s mission.

Volunteer Shifts:

Setup Shift | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Volunteers will assist with preparing the event space, setting up materials, organizing auction and raffle areas, and completing other setup tasks before guests arrive.

Event Support Shift | 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Volunteers will assist throughout the event with guest check-in, raffle and silent auction support, clearing tables, maintaining the event space, and providing help wherever needed.

Volunteer responsibilities may include:

• Welcoming and checking in guests upon arrival
• Distributing raffle tickets and answering basic event questions
• Assisting with the silent auction and raffle tables
• Helping clear tables and maintain a clean and organized event space
• Assisting with event setup before guests arrive
• Serving as a floater and providing support wherever needed
• Assisting with event breakdown and cleanup
• Helping ensure guests have a positive and enjoyable experience

Qualifications:

We are looking for volunteers who are friendly, dependable, helpful, and comfortable interacting with guests. Volunteers should be willing to work as part of a team, take direction, and assist with a variety of tasks as needed. Previous event or volunteer experience is not required.

Volunteers may choose the shift that best fits their availability. This is a great opportunity to support a local nonprofit while helping Bridge Breast Network kick off our annual gala season.
