Description
We are in search of people who love and have experience in working with children of all abilities; potentially assisting with curriculum development for our free enrichment programs at POW!. You will work directly with our children throughout a program session, either 1:1 or in a larger group scale.
We focus on inclusion and want to meet all abilities and ages at the best! school aged kids.
- you- or a team we form will co-create a program in music, art , storytelling or dance or PE, eager to involve and include a broad group of kids (fostering social skills, embedding how to respond to different needs of individuals, comprehension support, decreasing the fear of otherness,...). We want our programs to be fun, nourishing, inclusive.
- we are thinking of professionals like:
- teachers with dual training (special ed and mainstream), educators, summer camp counselors,..
- experienced guardians/ parents
- anyone having experience in youth development
- individuals who are tech literate
- retired individuals with experience in youth work
