Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable volunteers to help us prepare for our WLCAC Senior Prom!
Volunteers will join us the day before the prom to help transform our event space into a beautiful and festive celebration for our seniors.
Volunteer Responsibilities
- Set up and decorate the prom space
- Arrange tables, chairs, and table settings
- Set up centerpieces, balloons, flowers, greenery, and other decorations
- Help assemble and decorate the photo/backdrop area
- Assist with hanging décor and creating the overall prom atmosphere
- Organize supplies and event materials
- Help with general setup and cleanup as needed
Qualifications
- Dependable and willing to work as part of a team
- Comfortable with light physical activity such as standing, walking, bending, and carrying lightweight decorations
- Creative and enthusiastic about decorating is a plus, but no decorating experience is required
- Respectful and excited to help create a special experience for our senior community
This is a one-day volunteer opportunity focused on preparing the venue for the Senior Prom. Your help will allow us to create a beautiful, welcoming space for our seniors to enjoy their special evening!
