We are passionate about ensuring that everyone, regardless of financial circumstances, has access to high-quality music education, performance opportunities, and fine art. We aim to inspire, empower, and uplift communities by fostering a love for music and the arts through our commitment to education, inclusivity, diversity, and social impact.

    • Represent The Donovan’s Venom at community meetings, networking events, and conferences.
    • Track partnership performance and report measurable outcomes.
    • Identify sponsorship and in-kind support opportunities.
    • Maintain a pipeline of prospective partners and strategic collaborations.

    What we’re looking for

    • Experience in community engagement, partnership development, business development, nonprofit leadership, or external relations.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
    • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
    • Ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
    • Experience representing an organization in public settings.
    • Passion for education, the arts, and community impact.
    • Experience with nonprofit partnerships or sponsorships is a plus.
