Snapshot:
Design the overall influencer partnership strategy so creators, artists, athletes, entrepreneurs, and other public figures can meaningfully donate time, money, and visibility to YourPassion1st. You will architect the full experience: from outreach and onboarding to co‑created campaigns, contracts, expectations, and long‑term engagement. The Influencer Experience Manager will help execute this strategy on the front end.
What You’ll Do
- Define the influencer partnership strategy (who to target, value exchange, tiers, and engagement pathways).
- Map the end‑to‑end experience for influencers: first contact → discovery call → agreement → activation → ongoing engagement.
- Set guidelines and templates for influencer MOUs/contracts, expectations, and deliverables, in collaboration with Legal.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Events, and Community Partnerships to integrate influencers into campaigns, festivals, and youth experiences.
- Support and oversee the Influencer Experience Manager, providing coaching and clear priorities for outreach and relationship management.
