    Description

    Make a patients dream come true at the end of life.

    We need a volunteer, to help fulfill dreams, for our terminally ill patients. You would be in charge of starting an application , to the Dream Foundation, on behalf of the patient and following through the process until approved.

    Once approved, you would make all the necessary arrangements along with the Dream Company and the family, so that dream can be fulfilled.

    This is a very unique position because you would be helping to facilitate that person's last wish.
