Description

Arts Access Concierge

The role of the Access Concierge is to inform and assist patrons with all accessibility resources during our performances at the Naples Players and be a friendly, welcoming face that makes all patrons feel included in the TNP experience. This job may include helping with basic technology such as downloading apps and connecting to wifi, understanding how to navigate our assisted listening technologies, and being able to talk comfortably about our Arts Access programs and resources.

Responsibilities: Prep all accessibility resources upon arrival, manage distribution and collection of Sensory Bags, Accessible Show Guides, Listening Devices, and Braille and Large Print Scripts, assist patrons in downloading the ACCESS EVERYWHERE listening App and connecting their personal technologies, explain and describe The Naples Players Accessibility Offerings to patrons
This position will require additional training with the Arts Access Team to receive all necessary information to support patrons.
