The Mediation and Conflict Resolution Center (MCRC) is seeking new members to join our Board of Directors. Our board is made up of dedicated community members and professionals who share a commitment to supporting collaborative decision-making, building skills for constructive conflict resolution, and promoting peace with self-determination and dignity for all.

As we move forward with our strategic plan and growth efforts, MCRC aims to broaden and diversify our leadership team with new voices and perspectives that reflect the communities we serve. We are especially interested in candidates who bring lived experience and professional expertise in fields such as communications and public relations, technology, finance, healthcare, nonprofit management, law, or social justice.

We welcome community members of all ages, backgrounds, and identities, and we value both new and experienced voices in our shared leadership.
