    Description

    Volunteers are needed to serve on our health screening team. Our health screen team members provide health assessments, identify disease risks, provide education and ensure health event participants receive proper follow-up care in necessary.

    Health Screen Team tasks:

    • Perform biometric screenings (blood pressure, weight, BMI).
    • Perform blood glucose and/or A1C tests.
    • Provide information on overall ways to improve health.

    Qualification and education requirements:

    • Administrative skills
    • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in the science of nursing or related field
    • Functional medicine and applied science professionals
    • Medical school students
    • Pharmacy school students
