    Overview: The Head of Product is a builder and systems thinker who leads product strategy, development for Common Roots Wellness. They will drive the design and execution of culturally resonant, user-centered digital products and tools that align with ACH’s & Common Roots Wellness's mission and values.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the overall product vision to define the Common Roots Wellness product vision and roadmap across digital tools, storytelling platforms and creative content systems
    • Align product strategies with ACH’s/Common Roots Wellness broader goals in mental health awareness and wellness
    • Identify opportunities for digital innovation that serve both community needs and partner impact
    • Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch to iteration
    • Manage scoping, planning, and agile workflows across product and creative projects
    • Collaborate with cross functional teams including programming, marketing, design, etc.
    • Manage and mentor a growing team of designers, researchers, content strategists and technical collaborators
    • Support hiring, onboarding and team development in alignment with ACH’s & Common Roots Wellness mission and values
    • Develop and implement product evaluation and feedback loops, incorporating data

    Qualifications

    • 3-5+ years of experience in product management, product development
    • Demonstrates strong leadership and mentorship
    • Deep commitment to community building and empowering the Asian community
    • Experience working in nonprofits, social impact organizations, or narrative change initiatives
    • Background in creative strategy and digital storytelling
