    Description

    We’re looking for a passionate volunteer to join our team as an Event Planning Coordinator. You’ll help organize and plan a variety of community-centered events, from fundraisers and innovation meetups to workshops and student showcases.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in planning and coordinating events such as fundraisers, workshops, and community meetups
    • Communicate with venues, partners, and participants to ensure smooth logistics
    • Help with event promotion and post-event follow-ups
    • Collaborate with our media and outreach teams to highlight event impact

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Organized, proactive, and creative
    • Enjoys working with people and managing multiple moving parts
    • Interested in community building, innovation, or social impact
    • Prior event planning experience is a plus but not required
