Architectural Drafter/Renderer Team Leader

An experienced Architectural Drafter/Renderer will collaborate with other architectural drafters and renderers currently designing a virtual destination called The Center for the Human Family. (For more information, please visit our landing page: https://www.thinkround.org/ and our visions page: https://www.thinkround.org/the-center-for-the-human-family) The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and rendering, particularly using Rhino and Enscape, and possess excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Architectural renderers (AR) are elaborating designs of The Center for the Human Family virtual destination created Rhino and Enscape
• Proficient in the use of Rhino and Enscape
• Develop and manage project tickets and timelines with the help of our Lead AR
• Work closely with the project team to ensure that all UX-UI design elements are in line with the project vision and goals
• Collaborate with other teams, Unity and Full Stack Developers, UX-UI designers, 3D modeling and animators to ensure a cohesive and integrated virtual experience
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including design briefs and technical specifications
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including Think Round and our partners, to ensure that project requirements are met
• Participate in project reviews and provide constructive feedback to all teams

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced architectural drafter/renderer with strong leadership and project management skills to lead a youthful team in designing a cutting-edge virtual destination focused on happy, healthy air, water, and soil for happy, healthy plants, animals, and people. The position is a part-time, unpaid volunteer position, and work is undertaken through an independent contractor agreement.
