The International Humanity Foundation (IHF) is a global non-profit organization dedicated to educating and empowering disadvantaged children and communities worldwide. With volunteers working across five continents, IHF promotes ethical leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and sustainable development.

We are currently seeking outgoing, networked, and persuasive volunteers to join our Community Outreach Team.

🔹 Role Overview The Community Outreach Team is the external voice of IHF. Your mission is to build strategic partnerships with universities, local organizations, and community groups to raise awareness of our mission. You are responsible for growing our global footprint and ensuring that IHF remains a top-of-mind choice for passionate volunteers and supporters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnership Development: Identify and contact universities, career centers, and local NGOs to establish collaborative relationships.
• Public Presentations: Represent IHF in virtual or local community meetings to share our story and impact.
• Recruitment Support: Drive high-quality applicants to our volunteer programs through targeted outreach campaigns.
• Database Management: Maintain an organized record of community contacts and partnership statuses.
• Local Advocacy: Tailor IHF’s global message to resonate with local cultures and specific community needs.

🔹 Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive "self-starter" with a background in Sales, Marketing, or Public Relations.
• Ability to network effectively across different cultural and professional sectors.
• Strong written communication for professional cold-outreach and follow-ups.
• Passionate about humanitarian work and community empowerment.
