    Description

    The Trespass Project is searching for an innovative and highly motivated Logistics Coordinator to manage our internal systems and ensure seamless operations across all areas of our organization. This role is vital in empowering our mission to protect and advocate for children’s rights worldwide by fostering efficiency and structure within our team.

    The Logistics Coordinator will oversee key operational processes, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring timely task follow-ups. Working closely with the executive team, this individual will ensure smooth coordination across departments, enhancing our ability to deliver advocacy and impact globally.

    This position requires exceptional organizational skills, proactive time management, responsiveness, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities with flexibility and quick turnaround. Candidates with experience in logistics, administrative coordination, or project management are strongly encouraged to apply.
