    About the Role

    We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented AI Workflow Automation Specialist (Volunteer) to help design, build, and optimize automated systems that improve our operations and marketing efficiency. This role is ideal for someone interested in no-code/low-code tools, AI integrations, and workflow optimization within a creative environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline marketing, outreach, and internal operations
    • Build integrations between tools (e.g., forms, email platforms, CRM systems, ClickUp and task management tools)
    • Use AI tools to enhance automation processes (content generation, responses, data handling, etc.)
    • Manage and optimize workflows using platforms like Zapier (or similar tools)
    • Support task and workflow tracking using ClickUp
    • Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot issues
    • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
    • Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and operations teams

    What We’re Looking For

    • Basic to intermediate experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, or similar)
    • Understanding of workflow design, integrations, and process optimization
    • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., for automation, chatbots, or content generation)
    • Experience with ClickUp or similar task/project management tools is a plus
    • Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative
    • Interest in the music/creative industry is a plus (not required)
