Description
Ready to Grow is a student-led initiative focused on supporting early childhood development for children ages 1–6 in underserved communities. We provide free caregiver resources and interactive workshops to promote cognitive, emotional, and social development.
We are looking for motivated high school and college students interested in education, healthcare, psychology, or community service to join our team and help expand our impact.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with outreach to community organizations, shelters, and schools
- Helping develop caregiver education resources and activity guides
- Supporting workshop planning and facilitation
- Creating educational or social media content
- Assisting with coordination of volunteers and materials
- Researching child development topics to support resources
Qualifications:
- Interest in child development, education, healthcare, or nonprofit work
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to contribute consistently (1–3 hours per week)
