As a member of the Frederic & Ronza CREATES team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and professional execution of live music and arts events. You’ll work closely with the creative team to set up and tear down event equipment, troubleshoot technical issues as they arise, and collaborate with venue staff to support a seamless production experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with event setup and teardown, including audio and stage equipment.
- Work directly with the creative team and venue personnel to ensure smooth event operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or logistical issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain a calm, solutions-oriented approach in fast-paced environments.
- Support the team during rehearsals and performances as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to learn and operate new equipment quickly.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Some out-of-town travel required.
- Typical event commitment: approximately 8-10 hours per event.
