As a volunteer at Conscious Humanity Network Foundation, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the world while gaining valuable skills and experience. Your role will involve working with a team of dedicated individuals to coordinate volunteer efforts, solve problems, and manage conflicts effectively. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be crucial in communicating with team members and volunteers.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assist in coordinating volunteer activities and events.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address any challenges that may arise.
- Manage conflicts among volunteers in a professional and constructive manner.
- Help recruit and onboard new volunteers.
- Assist in developing and implementing volunteer training programs.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the volunteer experience and improve overall efficiency.

How to Volunteer for This Opportunity
Dear Potential Volunteer,

- A MINIMUM AGE OF 20 IS COMPULSORY. WE WILL BE ASKING FOR PROOF. APPLY ONLY IF YOU QUALIFY
- To check focus, etc, one needs to keep the camera on in meets. If camera is off for more than 2% of the meet time, then meet attendance is not counted. Maximum possible meets need to be attended and work needs to be done via laptop. Compared to meeting attendance, work output is far more important. Meeting attendance will count as a maximum of 2 hours of work in a week. Remaining minimum 5 hours for Volunteers, 8 hours for Volunteer Leaders based on additional benefits, need to be output-based work. Minimum meetings attendance for all Volunteer leaders & members is 2 meets per week. One would be considered to have attended a meeting if one is present for at least 90% of the meeting duration. Active, not passive meeting participation is a must.
- To monitor work, etc, whenever ANY TEAM LEADER/MEMBER is doing work, one needs to join the Google Meet, KEEP CAMERA ON, AND DO SCREEN SHARING. ANY WORK DONE WITHOUT BEING ON THIS LINK WILL NOT BE COUNTED
Different Kinds of Training, including Research Training, will be given Live on an Ongoing basis in this Work Link
Whenever one Logs in or Logs out of this Link, one has to post the same in the Volunteers' WhatsApp group
