    Description

    Food Rescue: Become a Volunteer Leader

    As a Pick Boss, you’ll meet a small volunteer crew at an orchard, give a brief orientation, and oversee fruit picking for about 2.5 hours. When the pick is done, you’ll load the rescued produce into your car or our van (optional) and deliver it to a nearby food pantry.

    Requirements:

    • One-hour online training
    • Volunteer at two picks before leading
