    Description

    Remote Volunteer Attendance Coordinator

    Maat K12 is seeking four dependable Remote Volunteer Attendance Coordinators to help support our growing volunteer program.

    Volunteers in this role will help track volunteer attendance, review participation records, identify missing information, and keep volunteer records accurate and organized.

    This is a flexible, 100% remote volunteer opportunity for individuals interested in administration, nonprofit operations, volunteer management, HR support, education, or data entry.

    Volunteer Responsibilities

    • Track and record volunteer attendance.
    • Review attendance records for accuracy.
    • Identify missing or incomplete attendance information.
    • Follow up when attendance information is needed.
    • Maintain organized volunteer records.
    • Assist with volunteer participation and timekeeping records.
    • Communicate attendance updates to the appropriate Maat K12 team member.
    • Maintain confidentiality of volunteer and organizational information.

    Qualifications

    • No previous attendance-coordinator experience is required.

    Volunteers should be:

    • Dependable
    • Organized
    • Detail-oriented
    • Comfortable using computers and online systems
    • Comfortable working with spreadsheets
    • Able to communicate professionally
    • Able to maintain confidential records
    • Willing to complete volunteer training

    Training

    Training is provided.

    Selected volunteers will complete Maat K12 volunteer orientation and training before beginning assigned responsibilities. Your internal process places volunteers into training before they become active.

    Schedule

    Flexible schedule

    Volunteers may complete assigned work remotely based on their availability and program needs.

    Minimum commitment: 5 hours per week.

    Impact

    Your volunteer service will help Maat K12 maintain accurate volunteer records, strengthen volunteer operations, and support the coordination of volunteers serving students and educational programs.
