Description
The purpose of this position is to initiate a Disaster Cycle Services relationship and engage the worker by providing assignments matching their motivation and interests, while filling Disaster Cycle Services open positions and meeting service delivery demands.
This position is responsible for tasks assigned by the specific Disaster Workforce Engagement Team program lead:
- Support the annual workforce engagement goals, RDO objectives, and regional/chapter plan for volunteer engagement through participation in meetings and projects.
- Active participation on the Disaster Workforce Engagement Team
- Projects may include but are not limited to conducting volunteer interviews, updating profiles in Volunteer Connection, recognition, scheduling volunteers, etc.
