    Description

    BluShues Inc. is a nonprofit organisation and ministry dedicated to distributing free Bibles and fostering a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make the Word of God accessible to everyone, both locally and internationally. We believe in the transformative power of volunteers who share our passion for spreading the message of hope and faith.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead BluShues' fundraising strategy and initiatives.
    • Develop annual fundraising plans and campaigns.
    • Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners.
    • Supervise the fundraising team and provide guidance.
    • Identify new funding opportunities and grant prospects.
    • Monitor fundraising performance and prepare reports.
    • Collaborate with communications teams on fundraising campaigns.
    • Ensure ethical fundraising practices.
    • Develop donor stewardship programmes.
    • Support organisational sustainability through diversified funding.

    • Creative and strategic thinker.
    • Organised and self motivated.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • High ethical standards.
    • Able to motivate volunteers.

    Qualifications and Competencies:

    • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related discipline preferred but not required.
    • Experience leading fundraising initiatives preferred.
    • Knowledge of fundraising principles and donor engagement.
    • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
    • Experience using fundraising databases is an advantage.
    • Microsoft Office proficiency.
    • Strong reporting skills.
    • Commitment to continuous development.
