The purpose of this role is to support the St. Jude mission & vision and provide the office with administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
The Volunteer Office Administrative Assistant is responsible for:
- Assisting staff with basic administrative tasks
- Answering email inboxes and providing exceptional customer service
- Entering information into Microsoft Office applications
- Assisting with preparations, correspondences and mailings
- Maintaining confidentiality of all data entered
- Other duties as assigned
