About the event
Join Health in the Hood for our monthly food distribution serving the Overtown community. We will be handing out fresh produce, pantry stables, hygiene kits, snack bags and health services.
Volunteering means stepping into a vital support effort, every box lifted and every interaction provides not just food, but dignity, care, and community connection. Expect hands-on work: unloading, setting up, distributing items, and clean-up. It’s fast-paced, physical, and deeply rewarding.
