Responsibilities:
- Perform live music or offer recorded music to hospice patients.
- Provide emotional support through music during end-of-life care.
- Work with hospice staff to tailor music sessions to patient preferences.
- Bring comfort and joy to both patients and their families.

We are seeking hospice volunteers all over San Diego County for a variety of opportunities!
As a Music Companion Volunteer, you will join a team of volunteers and clinical professionals focused on holistically supporting patients and their families.
Music Companion volunteers can expect:
- Interactions with hospice patients who have a variety of life stories and experiences.
- To make home-based patient visits - wherever the patients call home (private residences and long term care facilities)
