    Location

    On-site

    Davis / Weber County

    South Ogden, UT, USA
    Directions

You will be traveling to patients from Davis County all the way to Cache Valley County. You select which areas you'd like to visit and what times you'd like to visit them.

How to Volunteer for This Opportunity

If interested you will need to set up an orientation time with Jessica Van De Brake to get started. At orientation you will need to provide me a copy of your driver's license and car insurance since you will be traveling to visit patients at their home or in a facility. You will complete your onboarding during the orientation. Orientation can be done remotely or in-person. However, you will need to come in and get a TB Test done. Post orientation you will be required to do a hospice training and complete a short quiz after. Once those are complete and your background check has been cleared, you may begin volunteering!
