Description
Purpose
Build and strengthen relationships between Anne’s Haven and mission-aligned partners, including community
organizations, service providers, and education and healing-focused initiatives, to expand access to resources, deepen
support systems, and strengthen referral pathways.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and actively source new partner organizations aligned with Anne’s Haven’s mission
- Initiate outreach to aligned community organizations via email, phone, and in-person or remote engagement
- Develop and maintain a structured partner pipeline, including lead discovery, contact tracking, engagement
status, and follow-up documentation
- Coordinate introductions, meetings, and ongoing partnership follow-ups across both virtual and in-person
settings
- Support creation of referral pathways and partnership materials such as one-pagers, introductory decks, and
outreach messaging
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship building
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple partnerships and pipeline tracking
- Familiar with nonprofit or community-based work (Chicago preferred)
- Partnership, organizing, sales, or lead gen experience a plus, not required
Time Commitment
- 5–8 hours per week minimum, with the option to contribute more if desired
- Flexible schedule to support partner and prospect needs
- Preference given to volunteers able to commit on an ongoing, sustained basis
