    Must have access to reliable transportation. Some lifting involved. Must be willing and able to travel and transport events supplies from car to event site using a cart or other means, and transport event supplies between locations.

    Description

    Event lead (Volunteer)

    The Volunteer Events lead will be responsible for the administration, coordination, and evaluation of events and activities involving our programming. This individual will concierge-level service to alumni staff, attendees, donors, members, and partners, proactively anticipating needs and wishes, interacting directly with donors, and problem-solving on the spot to a myriad of confidential, personal donor and event-related issues.

    Instructions:

    Our onboarding process is simple and supportive. New volunteers first attend a Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday onboarding session where we help you get fully set up on our platforms using our onboarding template. After that, you’ll join a Wednesday orientation with your team lead to review roles, expectations, and event flow. Once both steps are complete, you’ll be ready to contribute as a remote teammate.
