    Description

    Night of Artists 2026 Luck of the Draw

    Purpose: To serve as a representative of the Briscoe Western Art Museum during the 2025 Night of Artists Art Sale Luck of the Draw event.

    You will get familiar with your assigned artists and their work, answer general questions, assist guests in the bidding process, monitor and keep time on bidding periods, and assist in the sale of exhibited artwork.

    Date: Saturday, March 28th, 2026

    There are two available TRAINING DAYS!

    TRAINING:

    Thursday 3/19/26, 6-7:30pm

    Sunday 3/22/26, 2-4pm.

    Please plan to attend one of the training sessions.

    Day of the event training

    TIME: 3:30PM - arrival & sign-in

    TRAINING STARTS AT 4:00PM and is approximately a half hour

    IN POSITION BY 4:50PM

    Where: The Jack Guenther Pavilion at the Briscoe Western Art Museum

    210 W. Market Street, San Antonio, TX 78205

    Parking: Complimentary parking is available for both the training sessions and Art Sale. Details on parking will be provided in the training sessions and emails.

    Attire: Business/Western. Please wear comfortable shoes, as you will be standing for several hours. You will be responsible for keeping time - wear a watch if possible. All volunteers will be provided a volunteer badge.

    Perks: The Briscoe Museum will provide light refreshments before the event. A chance to interact with the top contemporary Western Artists. You will be among the first to see the exhibition and you are invited to join the festivities and enjoy the food and drinks after you are released from your volunteer duties.
