    About BizLeadhers

BizLeadhers is a nonprofit on a mission to help women entrepreneurs build bold, sustainable businesses. Through incubator programs, we provide hands-on skill building, mentorship, expert support, and powerful networks. We believe access matters—and we’re building the ecosystem we wish more founders had from day one.

    Role Overview

The Chief Growth Officer (CGSPO) is a senior leadership role responsible for driving holistic growth across income, enrollment, and strategic partnerships.

This role unifies three critical growth engines:

    1. Fundraising & Partnerships (capital)
    2. Enrollment (program revenue + participation)
    3. Ecosystem Expansion (community + market reach)

You will architect and lead a cohesive growth strategy that ensures BizLeadhers not only secures funding but also consistently attracts and converts high-potential entrepreneurs into its programs.

This role reports to the CEO, sits on the Leadership Team, and directly shapes the organization’s scale, sustainability, and impact.

    Strategic Mandate
