Volunteer Social Media Manager/Video Editor

Techrity Innovation Foundation is hiring a volunteer Social Media Manager/ Video Content Creator to join the Techrity core team.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts using Capcut, Decrypt, Canva and other video editing tools.
• Develop a monthly social media calendar.
• Track social media engagements, comments, and write reports monthly.
• Collaborate with the communications team to create engaging brand content.
• Stay updated on social media trends and integrate trending effects and sounds.
• Utilize AI voice tools like ElevenLabs for storytelling.
• Engage with followers on our social media pages through responding to DMs and questions.
• Develop strategies to organically increase followers across our social media pages in accordance with the set KPIs.
• Use videos as a storytelling medium to showcase our programs, content and activities.
• Have the desire to work within a fully remote team.
• Develop our social media pages to be humanized and exhibit all that Techrity represents.

Requirements

• Experience with handling a social media channel
• Ability to balance fun creativity with a professional message.
• Experience with AI video editing is a plus, and other video editing apps
• Solid content background
