Working hours: Minimum of 5hrs/week, sometimes 10

    Role

We are seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to help us build our HR infrastructure from the ground up. Your primary focus will be on two new initiatives: architecting our HRIS system from scratch using Flowmingo and Dover, and establishing our volunteer management program. You will take full ownership of our volunteer management program, developing processes to organize, engage, and support our volunteers.

This role requires a high level of autonomy. You are an initiative-driven thinker who can make independent decisions, translate complex needs into structured digital procedures, and keep stakeholders updated without constant supervision. You will report directly to the founders, serving as the bridge between our operational goals and our technical HR implementation.

    Responsibilities:

    • HRIS Architecture: Lead the end-to-end setup and configuration of our HR system from scratch using Flowmingo and Dover.
    • Volunteer Program Development: Design, structure, and launch our volunteer management program, creating the processes for tracking, engagement, and support where none currently exist.
    • Process Engineering: Develop rules, workflows, and procedures that improve upon our current manual tasks.
    • Collaboration: Work alongside our existing HR coordinators to ensure the systems you build seamlessly integrate with their recruitment and onboarding/offboarding workflows.

    Requirements

    • You must know how to take initiative, not waiting to be followed up or micromanaged.
    • A least 2 years of experience in a human resources role or similar roles.
    • Proven experience working with ATS or HRIS platforms.
    • Familiar with Google workspace tools.
    • Familiar with AI tools to increase work efficiency.
    • You must be meticulous and pay attention to details.
    • Please ensure you have stable wiFi, internet connection, a good mobile device and laptop.
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

    Benefits

    • 100% REMOTE. Work from anywhere in the world, with flexible hours to accommodate your schedule.
    • Freedom for your creative spirit
    • Improvement of your skills with instant feedback from founders.
    • Recognition, based on performance: Recommendation (LinkedIn/Upwork/LOR), Reference email address for CV, Featured on our website on the “Meet The Team” section, Certificate of Completion, Possibility of retention (equity-based compensation)
