    Marketing Intern

    Position Summary

    Assist the Marketing department with the overall planning and implementation of an animation/video project for the Alzheimer’s Association Minnesota-North Dakota and the Hmong Community. The preferred timeframe for this unpaid position (and completion of the project) is 3-4 months, beginning on or before January 5, 2026.

    Responsibilities

    • Support a marketing/communications plan to support education in the Hmong community on dementia from a cultural as well as a scientific standpoint.
    • Develop a series of animated videos based on education/awareness scripts created for the Hmong community.

    Required Qualifications

    • Related education or experience in art and design, marketing, communications, or related field
    • Digital animation, videography and post-production skills
    • Excellent communicator (both verbal and written)
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Motivated and resourceful
    • Dependable
    • Positive attitude
    • Willingness to learn
    • Respectful of cultural diversity

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Basic understanding of the Hmong culture and the Hmong community
