POSITION OVERVIEW

RTWOP seeks a detail-oriented volunteer Finance Director to support financial planning, budgeting, recordkeeping, reporting, and accountability as the organization develops its programs and operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with preparing and monitoring organizational budgets.
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
• Support financial reporting for organizational leadership.
• Help monitor project expenses and funding allocations.
• Assist with developing financial procedures and internal controls.
• Collaborate with program teams on project budgets.
• Support financial documentation for grant applications and reports.
• Recommend improvements to financial accountability.

QUALIFICATION

• Background in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and financial reporting tools.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
• Nonprofit financial management experience is an advantage.
