    Remote | 20–25 Hours Weekly

    About LoopRoots Foundation

    LoopRoots Foundation is a growing nonprofit organization supporting justice-impacted individuals and families through transportation access, workforce development, housing support, food access initiatives, wellness support, reentry services, and community-based programming.

    We are currently developing a pilot fiscal sponsorship initiative designed to support emerging mission-aligned community and social impact projects.

    Position Overview

    LoopRoots Foundation is seeking a highly organized and mission-driven Nonprofit Compliance & Fiscal Sponsorship Coordinator to assist with the development and organization of our internal compliance systems and pilot fiscal sponsorship program.

    This role is ideal for someone interested in nonprofit administration, operations, grant support, compliance coordination, fiscal sponsorship, or social impact infrastructure development.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with organizing fiscal sponsorship intake and onboarding systems
    • Help maintain compliance records and internal documentation
    • Support development of sponsorship workflows and administrative processes
    • Coordinate project tracking and reporting systems
    • Assist with nonprofit operational organization and document management
    • Support leadership with compliance-related initiatives and administrative tasks
    • Help organize sponsorship agreements, policies, and procedures
    • Assist with grant and donation tracking efforts
    • Support communication and follow-up with sponsored projects as needed

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Detail-oriented and dependable
    • Interest in nonprofit operations, compliance, grants, or community impact work
    • Comfortable working remotely and independently
    • Experience with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, forms, CRM systems, or nonprofit administration preferred
    • Prior experience in nonprofit operations, legal support, compliance, grants, or project coordination is a plus
