The Social Media Intern will support Posterity International's presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms while collaborating with research, marketing, communications, and graphic design team members.

    What You'll Do

    • Help develop and maintain our social media content calendar
    • Draft captions, carousel concepts, stories, short-form content, and platform-specific copy
    • Monitor digital trends, global conversations, and platform developments
    • Pitch timely content ideas related to Posterity International's work and focus areas

Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, analytics, or similar tools is helpful but not required.

We're particularly interested in someone who understands digital culture without sacrificing accuracy, context, or sensitivity for virality. Strong candidates are creative, proactive, dependable, attentive to current events, and capable of turning complicated subjects into content people want to understand, share, and act on.

    What You'll Gain

Build portfolio-ready digital communications work while gaining experience in nonprofit social media strategy, digital advocacy, humanitarian communications, audience development, and cross-functional campaign execution.
