    Purpose of Committees

    Committees provide hands-on, programmatic support and implementation guidance aligned with Gervonni Cares’ core services.

    Commitment: 8–10 hours per month

    Workforce & Education Committee

    Supports workforce development, education, and youth programming.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Advising on workforce readiness programs and curriculum
    • Supporting youth and adult education initiatives
    • Assisting with employer partnerships and job pipelines
    • Reviewing workforce and education program outcomes
