June 17th Volunteer Opportunity: Help Us Execute Meaningful Private Events!

Are you looking to make a difference in your community while gaining valuable experience? We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to assist with our upcoming private events in May and June. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an engaging team and contribute to memorable experiences for our guests.

Event Details:

Wednesday 6/17: Volunteer shifts available between 7-1PM

Volunteer Roles Available:

• Set Up: Help us prepare the venue by arranging furniture, decorations, and supplies.
• Check-In: Welcome guests and assist with the registration process.
• Greeting: Be the first point of contact for attendees, providing a warm welcome and information.
• Support Staff: Assist throughout the event to ensure everything runs smoothly, including helping guests and supporting the event team.
• Tear Down: Help clean up and pack away items after the event concludes.
