Description
Work Location: Virtual, In-Person, or Hybrid
Position Summary
Support the organization's fundraising efforts by identifying grant opportunities and assisting with grant research.
Primary Responsibilities
- Research federal, state, foundation, and corporate grant opportunities.
- Monitor grant deadlines and maintain a grant calendar.
- Identify funding opportunities that align with organizational programs.
- Prepare grant research summaries for leadership.
- Collect supporting information for proposals.
- Maintain organized grant files and documentation.
- Attend planning meetings as requested.
Qualifications
- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Excellent written communication.
- Basic computer and internet proficiency.
- Interest in nonprofit fundraising.
Preferred Experience
Grant writing, fundraising, research, nonprofit, or business experience is helpful but not required.
Time Commitment
Flexible, 5–10 hours weekly.
Training
Orientation and ongoing support provided.
