Newsletter Assistant Needed!

To ensure consistency and impact, we ask that volunteers commit to (six) 6+ months of service and be able to dedicate 3-4 hours per week to this role.

This is a virtual opportunity, allowing you to contribute from the comfort of your home.

Grace Helping Hands is seeking dedicated volunteers to assist with writing our newsletter to support our mission of providing essential toiletry kits to homeless women and children.

Newsletter Assistance Tasks:

• Research current events and stories affecting unhoused folks in Maryland and DC
• Update our community on kit distribution, new partners and sponsors, and other GHH news
• Assist with writing and editing the newsletter
• No prior experience is required
• Trainings are provided.

Additional Information Regarding This Opportunity:

• The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety and privacy.
• Volunteers should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions or concerns.
• Nonprofit supervisors will initiate and host all virtual sessions. Sessions will not occur if the supervisor is unavailable.
• Virtual sessions will not be recorded.

This is a virtual opportunity. All communication will be via email, except on limited circumstances via google meet.
