Videos For Veteran's on Hospice Care with Amedisys Compassionate Care

Want an easy way to help veterans on hospice care from the comfort of your home. We have a quick one-off opportunity to help! Are you active duty or retired military? Do you have military family members? We are looking for folks just like you to record quick 30-90 second video thanking the veterans on hospice for their service, a few words of compassion, comfort and connection. If you want to record a longer message that is great too.

If you play an instrument or sing and want to share some of the specific military branch songs, the national anthem, that would be amazing. Make sure in the video that you speak clearly and slowly, wear your uniform if you have one, or anything that speaks to your service, a hat, a shirt. Record in a well-lit location. Tell us your branch of service and when you served.

These videos will become part of a library at the hospice to be used for veterans pining ceremonies, and any time a vet needs a pick me up of some additional support. The videos will be grouped into sets of five by branch of service and dates served.

Once you submit the video you will receive a release form and get a chance to see the final grouping your video is in. No onboarding, no training just a few minutes of your time to change our incredible hospice vets days.
