As a Blood Transportation volunteer, you will:

    • Transport blood products between donation sites, hospitals, and distribution centers
    • Help maintain a reliable blood supply for local communities
    • Serve as part of a compassionate and mission-driven team
    • Make a direct impact on patients in need

    Current volunteer shifts available:

    • Tuesday from 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM driving from Yakima to Wenatchee
    • Tuesday from 9:00 AM-12:30 PM driving from Yakima to Othello
    • Saturday from 10:00 AM – mid afternoon
    • On demand / STAT shifts for urgent transportation needs

    What we’re looking for:

    • Dependable and responsible individuals
    • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
    • Ability to lift light to moderate loads (up to 50 pounds)
    • Flexible availability

No medical experience is required. Training is provided by the American Red Cross.
